Welcome to Behind The Broadcast Booth with Sybil Wilkes, a new interview series that celebrates some of the industry’s most influential leaders behind the scenes in media, production, and cultural storytelling. In episode 3, Sybil is joined by Craig Kirby, CEO and founder of Golf. My Future. My Game., a trailblazer working to change the face and future of golf in America.
With a career that spans decades across public policy, advocacy, and sports, Kirby has brought a fresh voice and a visionary spirit to the game of golf. His journey, shaped by work in the White House under President Bill Clinton, Capitol Hill, and national political campaigns, uniquely prepared him for the work he now does—breaking down barriers to access and inclusion in one of the world’s most exclusive sports.
In 2013, he launched Golf. My Future. My Game., a nonprofit initiative that elevates the presence of Black and brown youth and young professionals within the sport. His work is fueled by a deep belief that golf is more than a game—it’s a vehicle for social equity, mentorship, and lifelong opportunity.
Kirby’s leadership is helping to reimagine golf’s future—one where the fairway is open to all.
Join Sybil Wilkes and Craig Kirby for a compelling conversation about advocacy through sport, the future of inclusion in golf, and how one man’s mission is creating access, excellence, and opportunity—on and off the green.
