At many athletic departments, live broadcast, in-venue production, digital and creative content, and marketing still operate in separate silos—often leading to fragmented workflows, duplicated effort, and underutilized facilities. In this full-audience panel, leaders from large, mid-major, and smaller programs shared practical strategies for streamlining campus production operations, aligning teams around shared resources and control rooms, and building more efficient end-to-end workflows.
