Greer holds an MBA in Sports and Entertainment Management and Marketing Management from the University of Dallas, along with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Grambling State University. She has further strengthened her expertise with graduate credentials in Master Negotiation, Marketing Management, and Financial Planning from SMU, where she is also a Certified Financial Planning candidate.
Greer’s professional journey includes serving as Vice President at Citibank and JPMorgan Chase, where she led global financial service operations, oversaw a $26 million banking center, and managed $25 million in philanthropic budgets dedicated to community reinvestment. Her extensive experience spans sales and credit management, investor services, business analysis, and small-business development—building a reputation for operational excellence and strategic vision.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Greer has made significant contributions through board and committee roles with organizations such as the Texas Diversity Council, Dallas Black Dance Theatre, United Negro College Fund, United Way, and UT Arlington’s Financial Literacy Program. Her commitment to empowering others through education has helped more than 10,000 individuals strengthen their financial futures.
