No matter the league or stadium, the in-venue experience on game day has evolved in recent years. The integration of real-time statistics has been a huge driver in that change, but being able to present this information in an engaging and entertaining way has been played a large role in this change. At the core of these efforts is Mixon Digital, a provider of live graphics that empower sports production teams to develop immersive visual experiences through technology and creativity. The company has made a significant impact in the live environment at a handful of events, including the NBA All-Star — most recently in 2025 at Chase Center and their work on the LED court in 2024 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse — the NBA Draft at Barclays Centers, and venues like the Intuit Dome.
In this edition of the SVG New Sponsor Spotlight, we welcome Mixon Digital to the family by talking with Founder & Owner Christina Mixon to discuss the services they provide that enable this portion of a live production, their work at some of sports' biggest tentpole events, how cloud-based workflows is allowing their job to be done in a more cost-effective manner and how artificial intelligence is being used to create new forms of statistics.
