FanConnect’s customer roster includes major pro sports venues like Lincoln Financial Field and MetLife Stadium, as well as major college programs like the Ohio State Buckeyes, Texas Longhorns, University of Maryland Terrapins. In order to serve this customer base, FanConnect pivoted to more modern, cloud-based architecture – as opposed to legacy hardware-centric models – that allows them to release CMS updates every two weeks.
As the industry evolves, FanConnect is looking to provide venues with tools to manage dynamic content across many screens, delegate to departments, and keep fan experience high – because the competition is not just other venues, but your own large-screen TV at home.
